Lindsey M. Zimmerman joined Smith Kane Holman as an Associate in 2025. She focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation, including matters that involve estates, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianships, and disputes of all kinds related to the conduct of fiduciaries. Lindsey represents executors, trustees, agents under power of attorney, guardians, and beneficiaries in a wide range of contested matters before the Orphans’ Courts throughout Pennsylvania. She also represents clients in general commercial litigation and breach of contract actions.
A native of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, Lindsey moved to Philadelphia to attend college and law school. Lindsey graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2020. Before law school, Lindsey graduated with honors from Temple University and earned a B.A. in English.
Following law school, Lindsey served as a law clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, first for the Honorable Gary S. Glazer, Supervising Judge of the Commerce Division and most recently for the Honorable Sheila Woods-Skipper, Administrative Judge of the Orphans’ Court Division.
Outside of her practice as a fiduciary litigation attorney, Lindsey enjoys browsing local thrift stores, picking up new hobbies, and cheering for the Philadelphia 76ers.
