Timothy Holman to Speak at Philadelphia Bench-Bar & Annual Conference

Timothy Holman will speak on The New Pennsylvania Power of Attorney Statue: What You Need to Know Now. This CLE session is part of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s 2015 Bench-Bar & Annual Conference, which takes place at the Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ on October 16 and 17, 2015.

Tim and fellow panel members, attorneys Peter Johnson of Pennsylvania Trust and Bradley Terebelo of Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, will provide insight on changes to the form and content of financial POAs under the new law, the use of “hot powers” that may pose potential traps for the unwary, and important drafting principles of which all practitioners should be aware.

This CLE session is scheduled Saturday, October 17 from 9:45 – 10:45 AM.
