Tim Holman To Speak At Philadelphia Bar Association Orphans’ Court Litigation Committee Meeting
May 7, 2022On Tuesday, March 10, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., Tim Holman will speak at the Philadelphia Bar Association Probate Section Orphans’ Court Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee about cross examination strategies. Cross examination is among the most important tools in a litigator’s toolkit, and Tim will speak about how to maximize the effectiveness of cross examination in the Orphans’ Court. Tim will discuss what makes an effective and efficient cross examination, how to handle different types of difficult witnesses and how to anticipate and block a hostile witness’s “escape routes.” Tim will use examples from actual Orphans’ Court cases to show the strategies in action.
