CLE Program Description
This program includes a series of entertaining vignettes with professional actors, designed to teach effective cross-examination strategies for uniquely challenging witnesses. Gain insights on preparing an effective cross examination, gaining and maintaining control over problematic witnesses, and effectively using documents and deposition testimony in your cross examination.
Organizer/presenter Timothy J. Holman, Esq., a fiduciary litigator and partner at Smith Kane Holman LLC, will be joined by the Hon. Anne E. Lazarus, Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge and former long-time Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge.as well as Kevin Harden, Jr., Esq., a trial lawyer with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC in Philadelphia and a former prosecutor.
