This practical and entertaining 2-hour program examines a basic trifecta of estate planning documents: Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and Living Wills. Tim Holman and co-panelist, Maureen Farrell, will address issues practitioners must consider when drafting a Power of Attorney to avoid problems for the clients and their families down the road. Attendees will gain insight into how to craft effective POAs, and Tim will share his thoughts on the potential pitfalls lurking in POAs that could lead to future problems and litigation without proper advice and drafting.
