Tim Holman Speaks on PA’s New State Orphan’s Court Rules

April 26, 2016

On April 20, Tim Holman spoke at the Berks County Bench Bar on Pennsylvania’s New State Orphans’ Court Rules, which take effect on September 1, 2016 and which will bring some much welcomed uniformity to Orphans’ Court practice across the Commonwealth. As one who litigates regularly in many of our fair Commonwealth’s County Orphans’ Courts, Tim is excited about the fantastic work done by the Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee which led to the many much needed amendments and additions to the State Orphans’ Court Rules.

H. Daniel Degler, Jr., Esquire (the Berks County’s Orphans’ Court Law Clerk), joined Tim at the podium, and Dan provided invaluable local insight at the well-attended event. Many thanks to the Berks County Bar Association’s Executive Director, Donald F. Smith, Jr., for his hard work in organizing and handling the countless details of the Bench Bar Conference, which attracted hundreds of lawyers.
