Tim Holman Participates in 2016 Life Planning Clinic Volunteer Event
May 9, 2016On Saturday, April 30, Tim Holman joined his friends of the Barristers Association of Philadelphia and the Senior Law Center at their 2016 “Life Planning Clinic” at the West Philadelphia Senior Center at 1016 N. 41st Street in Philadelphia.
With last year’s inaugural Philly Barristers/SLC Life Planning Clinic under his belt, Tim felt even more prepared this year to re-join his fellow volunteers from the Barristers, SLC and the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Law Section in preparing basic Wills, Powers of Attorney (General and Medical) and “Living Wills” for some wonderful folks who lack the means and/or ability to identify and hire counsel to prepare those critically important documents which every person should have.
Thanks so much to the Philly Barristers (especially organizers Monique Myatt Galloway, Esquire and Shabrei Parker, Esquire) and to Wendy Bookler and her team at SLC for organizing and running the event, which made both the folks who received their valuable estate planning documents and those who provided them free of charge quite happy.
