Tim Holman Joins Subcommittee on ADR in the Orphans’ Court
September 1, 2013Smith Kane attorney Tim Holman joined the Fiduciaries and Orphans’ Court Subcommittee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
This subcommittee is working to promote and facilitate alternative dispute resolution processes in Pennsylvania’s Orphans’ Court Divisions matters involving inquiries or disputes related to fiduciary obligations and duties.
