Tim Holman to Present Seminar on Successful Cross Examination Strategies

On Thursday, June 23, 2016, Tim Holman, will present “Cross Examination in Commercial Litigation (But All Cross Examiners Are Welcome”) at the PBI Conference Center at The Wanamaker Building, 12^th Floor, Philadelphia, PA.

At the seminar, which PBI is also simulcasting to many locations and webcasting, Tim will be joined by The Honorable Ramy Djerassi of the legendary Commerce Court of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and by Marc H. Perry, Esquire, a savvy veteran litigator and cross examiner.

With 25 years of cross examination experience under his belt, Tim looks forward to sharing with the audience useful advice for preparing and executing a brutally efficient cross examination. The seminar features video recreations of cross examinations from real life cases handled by Tim, who extends many thanks to the outstanding “actors” from the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, Michael Daley, Esquire, Martha Gale, Esquire, Mary Ellen Gallagher, Esquire, Brian Pierce, Esquire and Taylor Williams, Esquire, for kindly sharing their talent with our audience.
